I prepare shipment of orders from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. I personally drop off packages to USPS or UPS by 2:30 p.m.
Placing orders:
I send an invoice using PayPal for your order.
Payment Methods:
I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Personal checks or money orders accepted, but monies will have to cleared before I create products.
Order Processing Times:
I strive to process all orders within 10-14 business days.
Shipping:
I currently ship within the USA using USPS or UPS. I CANNOT ship to PO Box addresses as I need a physical address for delivery when using UPS.
Outside the US:
Please email me your physical address to get an accurate shipping quote.
Shipping Transit Times:
Once your package is dropped off, the shipping carrier determines the transit times. UPS transit times vary, depending on your location, time of year and extreme weather. US Postal Priority Mail typically requires a minimum of 2-3 transit days.
They typically take longer to ship during the holiday season.
Pick-Up Policy:
I offer Order Pick-Up for my local customers. ALL CUSTOMER PICK-UPS MUST BE PLACED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO PICKING UP. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
I begin preparing your order as soon as monies are cleared. If you need an adjustment to your order, please e-mail or call. There are no returns or exchanges on personal care products.
Damaged or Missing Items:
I am highly committed to making sure you receive your products in perfect condition. If your order arrives in damaged or unacceptable condition, please email me so that I can initiate an investigation and claim with UPS or USPS. I will need photos of items, the shipping box and labels. I am happy to refund your missing or damaged items within 7 days of notice. Refunds are issued in the same manner that the original invoice was paid.
Returns:
There are no returns or exchanges on personal care products.
